"Do not recommend using this agent. Sloppy, no attention to detail and requires constant follow-up: My husband’s last name was listed 3 different ways across policies. Every time I saw an error, I’d asked to have it corrected. The new agent did an audit and he still found one instance where my husband’s name was incorrect. After we moved, I asked FOUR times for the address on our umbrella policy to be updated, and nearly a year and a half later, it still wasn’t done. Inaccurate quotes: We were given a quote for our umbrella policy renewal, and then were charged a premium that was 2.5x that. When questioned, the office gave a reason that still didn’t mathematically add up. The new agent confirmed that the quote provided was incorrect and gave a clearer explanation of the cost drivers. Zero assistance with claims: I expected a partner to talk through potential claims, and this office just directed me to call the 1-800 number and gave me absolutely no support in the claims process. They also didn’t explain that a homeowners claim would be on our record even if nothing was paid out as a result. I finally transferred my policies to a new State Farm agent and the difference is night and day."

"I had an excellent 20 min discussion with Preeti to walk me thru my 4 policies and to get answers to any questions. I did have many random questions and got quick efficient clarifications. Plus discovered a great optimization on the home policy that would save me $$. Preeti works and thinks at my level and keeps me engaged and doesn’t waste a moment with boiler plate info or discussion."
